Absolute’s event vision delivery process ensures that we help you produce an event that fully matches your vision. We’ve call it our “3D’s” process and it has worked beautifully thousands of times!
Discover, Detail, Deliver (the “3D’s”) starts with the Discovery phase in planning your event. Here you will tell us what you see, think and feel about your event. Give us the big picture and provide us with any and all details. We’re good listeners at Absolute so “let it fly”!
The next step is Detail and this is where Absolute fully outlines your event vision and provides you with detailed recommendations on everything from audio-visual and sound to lighting and other “scenic” elements you described during our discovery stage. Once detailed we will review this with you to ensure even the smallest details will be delivered during your event and we’ll ask you to “sign-off” on the documents we produce.
Then it’s Deliver. Absolute will set-up your event in advance and together we’ll do a walk-through to make sure everything is “spot-on” to your vision. You may want one or more of our techs to stay with you during your event. In fact, it’s a really good idea so you can focus on your attendees, presentations and agenda.
